have additional checkboxes to describe certain games that need special judging #55

Similar to https://github.com/magfest/mivs/issues/17

Some games may be judged differently, so it's helpful to have devs check off these special categories. An example is "My game is best played in local multiplayer" or "My game is best played online with others"

Not a big priority as the videos may tell us these things if we need to find them out.

Is there any way you can post a list of categories/checkboxes?

This would ideally be done before August 20, but we won't be able to do it without more info.
