Adding new MIVS email #79

notes: we'll merge at the same time as https://github.com/magfest/mivs/pull/80/files

in future requests, you can use one pull requests for both of these change by pushing both commits to the same branch. this is fine.

this is solid, though if this is just supposed to go to confirmed (i.e. we accepted their game and they confirmed they are showing up), then we can use a new property I introduced here: https://github.com/magfest/mivs/pull/82/files

If that's the case then this code will change to:

MIVSEmail(IndieGame, 'MIVS December Updates: Hotels and Magfest Versus!', 'december_updates.txt', lambda game: game.confirmed)
