We have a new message in our admin welcome email detailing account permissions: https://github.com/magfest/ubersystem/pull/2638
If MAGWest is indeed doing MIVS, we'll want to copy MAGPrime's override of this email to this repo: https://github.com/magfest/magprime/pull/208/files
That way we'll have the correct message for MIVS judges and admins.
