Allow DOB to be adjusted at check-in and warn if there's a problem #1706

It's possible, through error or malice, that an attendee may enter the wrong DOB. In some cases, this can mean that they've entered an above-18 DOB when they're under 18, or an under-13 DOB when they're over 13. It would be nice if we could adjust the DOB on the Check-in dialogue and get a warning if doing so meaningfully changes the registration.

I've gotta make some performance-related changes to the checkin popup anyway, so I'll tackle this as I take care of that tonight.

It would be about as helpful as some of my 4am commit messages. "fixed the thing Bob was complaining about"
