Sometimes bugs or glitches that happen in a production instance are difficult to describe or just so complex that it's much more efficient for a coder to investigate it directly. Similarly, as an office employee, it is a lot easier to support event-management teams if I can actually access their event's system. A persistent system would be able to let you create admin accounts automatically for certain persons/email addresses.
Different passwords though. Don't reuse passwords.
