labs: music signup form doesn't exist #9

Broken link for how to sign up to apply for music at labs at http://magfest.org/maglabsmusic/

The actual issue is that we don't have a music submission form yet, I suggest either we kill it and tell people to email music@maglabs.org, or we create a new google form or madmimi form with the intention that we'll email them back later with instructions once we figure it out

I like email music@maglabs.org, but we don't have that domain.

We don't actually /have/ a music dept. So maybe should replace with coming soon/a link to the main submission form.

could make musiclabs@magfest.org as a group list, for the future music dept

Would rather have some kind of submission form so the data is in one place instead of scattered.
