Describe the bug Tainted biome generates even it's disabled

To Reproduce Generate a new world

Expected behavior Should not be generated

this will mean that we have a biome id conflict of some sorts

when i fly in that particular world, i can see that the type of biome is not a typocal tainted but it seems like a type of biome like river and only affects in a specific type of generation and shape and is not a normal "big" biome

also there may be a bug with roofed forest
