Describe the bug should not generate

seems to be conflict with an swamp type biome

several biomes are bugged, all ids must be reset

the problem has been reproduced on the main server, hopefully fixed the problem with commit 7e91e872bb403424ca5d57e83bc5b0bbe914537f

just been reproduced in latest 2.3.3a version, need to be fixed, since both options to disable this biome has failed there is only two posibilities left and that is either biome id bug that might correspond with galacticcraft bug with project red or thaumcraft code is shit like usual

Fixed in modpack version 2.6.0a due to thaumcraft removal entirely from the pack
