When updating an entry, the table goes dim for a fraction of a second after you click the update button. That's the only feedback I'm getting. I missed it the first time, clicked update again, and refreshed the page to make sure it actually worked. It seems too fast to have actually worked, which is definitely to your credit ;). Some kind of more reassuring success message or slow colour fade on the update button would probably do the trick.
