Binaries in action artifacts expiring #75

The readme sugests:

Windows: you can find up-to-date binaries in the Actions page.

But the artifacts on the actions page have expired. Currently there are no binaries to download. I think these artefacts should be stored as releases or in some other form where they are permanently available.

Yes, you are right. The project hadn't been updated in the last three months.
