Forward/replay relative to current playback speed #23

This is mainly useful when editing at lower speeds

Thanks for your PR. Thats's a good idea, but I have to say the name of this button is forward/backward 5 seconds, and it works as designed. If you change it to be related to the playback rate, users will be confused.
