Add new DWP files to default "workprints" directory #15

By default, the DWP Editor should add a new .dwp file to the "workprints" directory (in Save tab). The directory should be configurable for the workspace as well as the project.

Won't fix because the default path where the file will be saved is relative to the resource selected in the project. Also, the user has the option of changing the location.
