Animations for GLB models are not working currently due to ARCore's bug. As a workaround we have implemented sfb models support so developers can use FBX animated models. The downside is that for FBX it's required to provide textures separately but currently magic script does not provide an interface for it. We consider this low priority now and hope that ARCore will soon support animations for GLB.
