A.k.a. make progress reporting pretty. This is an extended follow-up of #98.
[x] The progress bars should not interfere with the log messages, and always stay on the bottom. We'll probably need the term crate for this, but maybe our progress bar library already supports this.
[x] The application should detect if the output is piped and disable the progress bar. This should be configurable from CLI arguments: ALWAYS/NEVER/AUTO.
[x] At the moment, asking for input is a bit ugly because the logging always logs whole lines. The logging should be redirected into a configuration file, and a custom message printing system should convey minimal required information to the average user.
I did a bit of research and it looks like console does what we want. It says that it works well together with indicatif, so I suggest replacing pbr (for the progress bars) as well.
