Update GATK4 dependency #15

From https://github.com/broadinstitute/gatk/commit/b7905d2bc35f76dc8f81d778fccdc96f07ef61ac on, the dictionary from the VariantWalker is fixed, so it will solve bugs in our HaploidWalker.
