MagicalRecord stack is currently only loaded during setDefaultStack / MR 3.0 #1161

I wonder if that's a bug or there is a plan to make it load maybe on first access to managed context or persistent store coordinator. - (void)loadStack; is only defined in Private header so that's not a public method per se.
