fix master sample compile error #1176

update MagicalRecord headers according to imported way(codes or framework) update the way of app load window and ui.

i wish do something for MR. thanks.

I am not in favor of such conditionals in headers. We should favor clarity (one line only per include) and compatibility with usage as a framework.

I'll close the pull-request as-is, but you may update it to follow the given recommendation and I'll re-open it.
