Remove dead links & add Swift tutorial reference #1317

Several of the links in Other-Resources.md were no longer working. Also added a raywenderlich reference to using MagicalRecord with Swift.

The links to Cocoa Is My Girlfriend are working fine. So I'll cherry pick the link to https://www.raywenderlich.com/106856/getting-started-magicalrecord in a separate pull request (I can't pass travis-ci check otherwise): #1353
