Fix #1262 by supporting CocoaLumberjack 3.x. (tested with CocoaLumberjack 3.5.3) Also:

iOS 8.0 is the minimum for Xcode 10.1 which is itself the minimum for App Store, so we won't do more support for older versions of iOS.
requires_arc is the default for CocoaPods.
