Apple doesn't even support yet Unit Testing for watchOS as of Xcode 10.2: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33756093/watchos-unit-testing.
So I'm adding watchOS support for CocoaPods (which we can test with pod lib lint). And I'm not adding a Carthage target for watchOS yet: I leave this task to whoever wants to Pull Request it.
