Getting started documentation is missing import #987

The Getting started is missing the #import for the <MagicalRecord/MagicalRecord+Setup.h>. The tutorial only mentions the MagicalRecord.h import but that doesn't include the setup methods required

Sorry @jookes — the documentation is currently tracking some changes that haven't been merged yet.
