CW'd content should be hidden by default #195

No point in having a CW if it gets automatically opened.

We'd have to have some way of opening the toot once from the command-line. Also a candidate for something configurable.

"open " seems to be an unused command name. Or perhaps CWs should start closed in timelines and streams, but 'history' and 'thread' would expand the CW?

Added the show and showthread commands for showing CW and filtered content. Thanks!
