Autopilot will not start if no door is opened at initial station #55

I tried to use this plugin with openBVE. It turned out that if the first station is set with no door opening, in this case:

.Sta (DemoStart;;;;0;;1;;30;;)

Then, the plugin will not consider the doors are closed, and it will not be possible for ATO to depart. The traction will only be enabled by opening and then closing the door again.

Thanks for creating the issue!

But unfortunately, I have to say that this plugin is not supporting openBVE and probably will not do so in the future. I'd be more willing to fix this issue if this is happening in BVE5, but AFAIK this issue does not happen in BVE5.
