log path is in config.log, not config.pdf.log #9

I noticed logging wasn't working and believe that config.pdf.log should be config.log. See #7.

I'm not so sure about this, the logging is working properly but something else is amiss. We can look at it tomorrow!

My package.json was wrong, never mind!
