Add additional parameters to HttpClient user-agent #19

This PR adds the following 2 parameters to the HttpClient user-agent string:

server_name This will allow magiclabs to track which websites/domains are utilizing this package.
platform This will either be php, laravel or wordpress and will allow magiclabs to track which php platforms are utilizing this package.
