Migrates packages to latest versions of webview_flutter, web3dart, and solana
Fixes https://github.com/magiclabs/magic-flutter/issues/22
Address Solana dependency conflict with cryptography package via upgrade to v0.29.0
Updates away from deprecated solana RecentBlockHash to new LatestBlockHash implementation
Replaces WebView w/ WebView Widget as per migration docs.
