Running inference with custom data #38

Having run the inference.py with custom data, I get the outputs but Meshlab shows no vertex found in the .obj file. I am using the pretrained model provided by atlas.

@rutvikokate did u find an alternative method for doing this. i want to reconstruct also realtime 3D meshes.

@rutvikokate I'm facing the same issue with two of the datasets I created. For the 3rd dataset I got some weird mesh. Did you solve it?
