OTA updates #25

MS3KOS2.0 needs to provide the user with the ability to do OTA updates - I.e. cable free updates. This is implemented as of this date but requires further testing - I.e. firmware burns are working but full SPIFFs are not yet confirmed working.

Status of OTA Updates: integrated, functioning, but there is currently no entry point through the WebInterface to do a "check for new official firmware", download, install. Still requires a manual process on the part of the end-user - better would be to have OTA updates integrated into the WebInterface.

TODO: Integrate OTA feature into WebInterface module.

OTA Mode "UPDATE" is implemented and released in 1.9.0 - going forward, we can encourage users to utilise OTA for future updates.
