Updated css to allow collapse transition to work - the problem of the margins dancing about is caused by Bootstrap setting a negative margin on the row class. I've set them to zero here and to my mind the change of width isn't noticeable - you may think differently.
Made the text on the "more options" button context sensitive
Updated en-US and provided new en-GB translations. NOTE: the other translation sources have been updated but the new button texts require translations
