chore: reorder fields #184

This PR reorder the yaml fields and ensures an indentation of 4 across all yamls.

The following order was used: ["Id", "Tags", "Verified", "Author", "Created", "MitreID", "CVE", "Category", "Commands", "Resources", "Detection", "Acknowledgement", "KnownVulnerableSamples"]
