Made SizeRollingFileTree construct synchronous

initialize outputFileName variable
removed unnecessary async that caused SizeRollingFileTree constructor to not construct the first logfile correctly before writes to the uninitialized filename could happen

This also fixes the issue I mentioned in #47 for me.
