Use the id of the div to which it is attached to identify an instance of JSDot.
That shall also be used as prefix for each other id generated by the instance.

The demos show that multiple instances and multiple views can co-exist. This is 
achieved by avoiding the use of id.

The idea of unique ids is valid, when they need to be used, but the ticket 
doesn't apply anymore since there is nothing to fix at present. Therefore I'm 
marking it 'Won't Fix'.
