Long email questions break Email Grades UI #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User has a very long email question (i.e. "Please enter your email address 
in the box below").
2. User selects "Email Grades"
3. Continue button isn't visible, due to long text breaking the UI.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to view and click the continue button
