provider-writer: deleting of scripts and url interceptors doesn't work #14

while adding was implemented and works, deleting throws an index out of bound exception and crashes the program

fix this before publishing the graphical configuration editor

fixed in 2852c5853caf44cdcde5392d22267e71638eab6e
