can be stacked, order or appearance is important -> pattern, then target successfully fails on errors

[x] parsing and validation
[x] browser window integration and actual redirect
[x] remove the Netflix 1080p unlocker hardcode and update the sample provider file

Netflix 1080p was removed from the codebase.

Add this to your Netflix provider file to enable the 1080p unlocker again.
