Red Bits does not declare Fabric API as a dependency #19

If the game is launched without Fabric API installed, user-facing features of Red Bits do not get loaded, while everything appears to work as intended if the game is loaded with Fabric API installed.

Neither the mod itself nor the Modrinth download page declare Fabric API as a dependency.

Test environment:

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Fabric Loader: 0.15.7
Red Bits: 1.16.3
Tested Fabric API: 0.92.0+1.20.1

Thanks for reporting! This was addressed in commits 44301ddda79f5078047ca8ae38ed1df54f7fc4e8 and e7974ce87fafbeff48e5776ec03afce714ea5815. And will be fixed once RedBits 1.16.4 comes out.
