Cloth Config with ModMenu Support #8

I like everything this mod adds except for the large buttons, so I added standard configuration so the user can choose to disable features they may not want (by not registering them to begin with, I hate when mods leave in blocks that aren't used and only disable the recipes). This menu can also be accessed within the Mod Menu. I've tested the game with all items disabled, and it seems to run fine.

Nice to see! I wanted to add some config for a long time. i will look into it, and marge or write my own implementation based on your pr, thanks!

I'm merging this into mod-redbits:config for now, after i tweak some stuff i will merge it into master :+1:
