manual: Fix documented keybinds for branching #588

I noticed the keybinds in the manual aren't up to date with what's in the code, this PR changes the documented keybind for creating new branches from pull requests from b n/N -> b f/F.

I added a fix to this PR for the latest emacs snapshot, since x-color-values was deprecated here: https://github.com/emacs-mirror/emacs/commit/3135007bf16b67943eb0c9ba72b06356c9424f31
