No AP disconnected alarm after establishing on a runway localizer #331

Describe the bug No AP disconnected alarm can be heard if the AP is disconnected after establishing on the localizer of a runway. AP disconnected alarm can be heard on other conditions (eg. disconnecting AP during normal flight).

To Reproduce Establish on a runway localizer during landing and disconnect the AP using any means. No AP disconnected alarm will be heard.

Expected behavior The AP disconnected alarm should be heard everytime the AP is disconnected.

Additional context Tested on Christchurch RWY 02 localizer and Kota Kinabalu RWY 02 localizer.

I can't directly reproduce this, although I have fixed a bug with the autopilot off FMOD definition

Can confirm that. Never ever heard the AP disconnect sound when on an ILS approach and either pressing the AP button or using the BAR since 1.4.0! This was mentioned a few times on github before. This issue also happens on 1.4.14 and with XP11.41r1
