Auto DES / VNAV DES / DES NOW #657

Describe the bug When the TOD is within an turn auto VNAV descend will not work. When pressing DES NOW on the CDU VNAV Page, Aircraft goes into FLCH mode and not into VNAV descend? After reactivating VNAV the Aircraft did not catch up the VNAV descend path

To Reproduce Try to do an auto VNAV descend when the calculated TOD is within an turn. See what happens when you press DES NOW on the VNAV page in the CDU. (this maybe is an situation issue, like in my case TOD was within an turn, after the turn I noticed it does not descend so I pressed DES NOW, then this behavior started.)

Expected behaviour VNAV auto descend should also work withing an turn. Using DES NOW should also follow VNAV patch.

Additional context I think this maybe is an Laminar issue and only can be fixed with custom FMC, but I wanted to point it out?

not really much we can do about that, it's just the way the default cdu works
