Merge across channels #216

Hi, I tried to sort my own data through mountainsort version 3 (ms3). For some reason with only some data I have as output 2 channels among 16chs of raw data. I found that during the sorting process there is the following step.

Starting [Merge across channels]... Cluster 2 is already being used (discarding) Cluster 4 is already being used (discarding) Cluster 5 is already being used (discarding) Cluster 6 is already being used (discarding) Cluster 3 is already being used (discarding) Cluster 9 is already being used (discarding) Cluster 8 is already being used (discarding) Using 109778 of 494001 events after 7 redundant clusters removed Elapsed time -- 0.078 sec (0 MB/sec) [Merge across channels]...

I understand that the software for some reason recognize some channels as identical. Even though I do not have single units from channels, I would like to analyze multiunits. For this reason I would need not merged channels as output. How can I do to avoid that the software automatically merges some channels? Waiting a kind answer I wish good job Best Marco
