Change position marker from line to dot for 1D multipanel view

Current position in 1D is displayed as a line. This is a problem when overlayed on top of the decoded position plots because in the case where the 1D position moves from one segment of the track to the other, this will obscure the underlying position probabilities of the decoded position. This is a feature request to instead display the position as a dot so that there is no obscuring the decoded position at times of transition between segments.
