Writing up SpikeInterface #1

Since SpikeInterface is pretty much done, I think it makes sense to write up a detailed paper about it, how it was built, and how it can be used while it is still fresh in our memory.

We can use snippets of this paper for the Cosyne abstract later, so I think we should work on this now.

I can work on it for now since I like writing and would be interested in documenting SpikeInterface.

Do you guys think this is a good issue to pursue?

@colehurwitz31 it might be a good idea as long as it doesn't overlap too much with the analysis paper. I would suggest to start writing and we can decide about hether to subit as its own paper or to merge it based on how it turns out.

Whoops, I didn't make it clear. It would be a portion of the analysis paper later. It would not be a stand-alone paper.
