I have the big picture now. I will have a look at each and make some feedback and PR if necessary.

Note that neo have now a rawio interface and it is very simple (and efficient). neo.rawio can export rawtrace in int16 format or rescaled format and timestamp super easly for many format. I can clearly help here.

My first impression is taht you should create a github organization (for instance spike-sorting-contest or spike-sorting-comparaison or spike-sorting-colab) with a team. That would be official place for all this 3 projects and move ownership to this organisation. So each one could fork each project and send PR to a central place maintain by a team.

tridesclous have many code for reporting spike sorting quality by generating figures. I think I could also participate to Spikewidgets.
