bin/genAliases is not run in setup.sh, not at startup

Without conf/aliases.conf the logged data will not be visible in Grafana.

If there are no devices available when setup.sh is run, the setup.sh is not the right place to run it
Add this to the documentation
Add GUI button to generate the aliases.conf
Add GUI panel to show the aliases

Added a warning to the Config pane:

And a button to create the alias file from the web gui.
