Talked to Sandra today. She says The Technical Advisory Board for LF Connectivity is the body above TSC. Membership of the TAB is Shadi Hasan and Shah Rahman.

DM'd Shaddi and Shah in Slack. Shah asked to have the new charter shared with his personal email. Shaddi hasn't replied.
