Extend NMS CBSD for to include newly added Carrier Aggregation parameters.
If carrier_aggregation_enabled is set to true, grant_redundancy must be set to true automatically.
if grant_redundancy is set to false, carrier_aggregation_enabled msut be set to false automatically.

Next to / Below "Single Step Enabled" label/button, add 2 more clickable checkboxes:

Just below, add a numeric text field (similar to "Antenna Gain") - positivite integers, default value: 150.

carrier aggregation DISABLED
grant redundancy ENABLED
max IBW 150
When Grant Redundancy is DISABLED, please deactivate IBW field, and pass 150 to the API.
