Suggested improvements to Magma Grant process and application template #1

I recommend the following changes to https://github.com/magma/grants

  1. "We typically fund up to a maximum of $100k USD" -> "$1M USD"
  2. "Imnplemented" -> "Implemented"
  3. (optional) consider removing all items from this list and replacing with a list of solicitations or detailed user stories (initially empty). Explain that user stories can be sent to grants@magmacore.org for consideration to be included

I also recommend the following changes to https://github.com/magma/grants/blob/main/template.md

  1. "grants@dewi.org" -> "grants@magmacore.org"

Submitted changes as requested for (1) and (2) (and (1) on the template).

Not exactly sure how to set up the user stories - especially when this is currently a Null set. Leaving as is for now but will update when program gains some traction.
