Map Bookmarklist from Geocaching.com. #46

Resolves #32.

At this point, it creates two page elements linking to PGC page with the map of the given bookmark list.

Quite all the needed functionality. Tested in both Firefox and Chromium.

Design touch is welcomed :)

Thanks, great patch as well. I feel like you with design, it's very hard. I would have made a similar look myself I think. I'll merge this as well. Will bump the version within an hour if I don't find any unexpected issues with any of the pull requests.
