This contains various improvements regarding the configuration:

Commented out lines are not deleted anymore when saving the configuration. (Should fix #86)
Inside of the configuration window, the save button is only enabled if there are actually changes to be written. (Should fix #23)
Custom team colors for different teams can be stored again in the configuration file
Multiple servers can be stored in the configuration file.
Minor bug fixes

Thanks for your feedback, it should now be implemented. I hope I didn't do any new mistakes.
